【Science of Fermentation】Master Winemaker

This is the second of the three episodes that National Taiwan Science Education Center planned for The Invisible Diversity: Fermentation, Science, and Microorganism project.
The Invisible Diversity: Fermentation, Science and Microorganism project episodes invite the audiences to explore fermentation and its science through different angles.
This episode, “Master Winemaker” starts from winemaking, a point which we are familiar with. By visiting scientist who conduct experiments relating to fermentation and winemakers who are in search of Taiwan’s local flavor, this episode combines both the scientific and social aspect of winemaking.
